We'll be learning how to make Half Acre Wood's Pumpkin Sourdough! This loaf is a harmonious blend of fall spices with a light pumpkin taste that can still be used for sandwiches, or toast with cream cheese! Makes a beautiful centerpiece of Halloween or fall celebrations! The extra technique to shape the pumpkin is still beginner accessible, and we will walk you through each step up until baking in detail!

We will be adding on a little bit more scoring technique, and teaching you how to do a light decorative scoring to get this beautiful spiderweb affect. Perfect centerpiece for your spooky-season festivities! Let us teach you how to feed your starter, and make a basic sourdough!
