You're invited to our White Sandwich Sourdough Class, where we will teach you how to make our white sandwich sourdough loaf!
Nervous about breaking into sourdough, or you've already started and need some guidance?
This class is perfect for you! We will be covering how to feed and maintain a starter, how to make this recipe's dough, how to knead, how to prove, how to shape your dough before baking (without knocking all the air out!), what equipment you need, and more! Learning from an in-person class, rather than from YouTube or TikTok, gives you the ability to learn hands-on, and to get immediate answers to your questions. Come and sink your fingers into some dough!
Our goal is to make sourdough accessible and affordable to anyone! We'll give you tips and tricks of the trade of how to not be a slave to your sourdough, so that you can bake around your schedule!
Active sourdough starter and dehydrated sourdough starter will be available for purchase at the class. Additionally, if you'd like your own White Sandwich Sourdough Loaf, you can pre-order it for pick up at class time as well!
This purchase is for a ticket for one (1) person to attend the sourdough class listed above. All other items available at a separate purchase. Active sourdough starter will be available for purchase at the class for $16 per jar. Dehydrated sourdough starter and accompanying instruction booklet will be available for purchase as well for $15.
